Extremely difficult to focus on recording today. It was the last day of it. Just comping vocals on "Young As The Night" and "Leftover Love" and then laying Stew Crookes' sweet pedal steelage into the latter. He's a talented chap I tell you. Stew plays in $100 and they rock the Dakota on Saturday. Go see em - it's a hot ticket. It was very good of Stew to sashay into my genre and shred so graciously.

we are getting kicked out of our house which is fine but today SWO decided to clean out every cupboard to "get ready for the move". he reports to me with the grimace of death that despite the immense cleanliness of our entire house, we have had "mice infestations" in certain cupboards, which is terrible indeed but as long as i don't have to see them, feed them or entertain them, I am frankly fine with any barnyard animals. i still take issue with the flying squirrel.
